舒血宁和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液药理作用比较研究

Comparison of the Pharmacological Effects of Shuxuening and Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection

目的比较舒血宁注射液和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液药理作用的区别,为临床使用提供参考。方法选择性状相似的小鼠,给予不同剂量的舒血宁注射液和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液。结果高剂量的舒血宁组和银杏二萜内酯葡胺组小鼠的单核-巨噬细胞碳粒廓清指数(K)和吞噬指数(α)均显著升高,均较对照组小鼠有显著性差异(P<0.05),但银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液的免疫效果更明显;高剂量的舒血宁和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液均显著降低小鼠的收缩压和舒张压,均较对照组具有显著性差异(P<0.05),但银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液的降压效果更明显;高剂量的舒血宁注射液和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液均能显著促进小鼠的睡眠,入睡比例和入睡时间均较对照组小鼠有显著性差异(P<0.05),但银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液组镇静效果更显著。结论舒血宁注射液和银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液均有较好的免疫、降血压、中枢镇静作用,但后者的药理活性更强。

Objective To compare the different pharmacological effects of Shuxuening injection and Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine Injection to provide suitable clinical reference. Methods Mice with similar traits were chosen and treated with different doses of Shux-uening injection and Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection. Results The high dose of Shuxuening Injection group and Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection group were significantly increased in mice monocyte-macrophage carbon particle clearance index K and index alpha of phagocytosis, and were lower than those in the control group with significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) , but the im-mune effects of Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection group was more obvious; high dose of Shuxuening Injection group and Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection group were significantly decreased in mice systolic and diastolic blood pressure, which were lower than those in the control group with significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) , but the hypotensive effect of the Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection group was more obvious; high dose of Shuxuening Injection group and Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine Injection group were significantly accelerated in the mice's sleep, sleep time ratio, which were lower than those in the control group with significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) , but the Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection group was more significant in the sedative ef-fect. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection and Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection both have good immune function, as well as blood pressure lowering and central sedation effect, but Ginkgo Diterpene Lactone Meglumine Injection has strong pharmacological activity.
