冠心病患者心电图ST-T变化的诊断效果探讨被引量：2

摘要目的研究分析心电图ST-T变化对于冠心病患者的诊断效果和应用价值。方法选取本院收治确诊为冠心病患者200例,根据心电图ST-T变化分组,心电图ST-T有变化的为A组,心电图ST-T没有变化的为B组。所有患者均实施冠状动脉造影检查并确诊为冠心病患者,患者同时实施心电图检查,判断ST-T变化冠心病确诊结果的关系。结果经过检查,使用心电图检查出现ST-T变化的共有96例,为A组。其中被心电图确诊为冠心病的有58例,而使用心电图检查没有出现ST-T变化的共有104例,为B组。被确诊冠心病的有38例,两组确诊率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在诊断冠心病的过程中,常规心电图ST-T变化对于确诊冠心病还存在着缺陷,但是对于无法进行冠状动脉造影检查的地区而言,常规心电图ST-T变化用来确诊冠心病还是有一定的应用价值的的。
