企业文化陈述中的成语使用及其功能调查

摘要 本文考察了257家民企企业文化陈述中成语的使用情况,分析了相关企业运用成语构建企业文化的实践,发现用成语构建企业文化可以提高企业文化建设与中国社会文化的情景相关性,较好地把自强不息、和衷共济、抱诚守真、厚德载物等优良民族文化传统和精神应用到当代中国的企业文化构建中。 This study surveyed the use of Chinese idioms in the business culture statements of 257 private companies in China, and analyzed these companies' practice of the idioms in their business culture construction. From the survey and analysis, we found that those companies which used idioms made closer connection between their business culture construction and Chinese social culture and better application, in business culture construction, of self-improvement, working-as-one, cherishing-and-adhering-to-honesty, self-discipline and social commitment and other Chinese cultural morals embedded in idioms. This study is of signifi cance for Chinese companies in their construction of native business culture.
