数控车间生产配送系统的研究与软件实现

Study and Software Realization of the Production Distributing System in NC Workshop

结合国内某航空工业集团数控车间的生产实际 ,分析了数控车间生产物流的特点及配送现状 ,研究了在数控车间实施生产配送的思想以及物料配送中心的作业流程 ,并在此基础上介绍了一套生产物料配送管理信息系统软件 。

Based on the production of a NC workshop in an aviation corporation,the characteristics of manufacturing logistics in NC machining and the current conditions of production distributing in the workshop are analyzed and the idea to apply the production distribution in NC workshop and the business process in distribution center are studied.At last the MIS of distribution center and its function modules and realization scheme are introducted.
