摘要
人才培养应充分考虑纵向层次教育和横向相关教育的不同特点和目标,即培养多层次、多类型的人才,这是当前我国高等教育和社会经济发展的要求。但从具体实施的情况来看,远未能收到预期效果,其中一个很重要的原因是,忽视了人们的观念、心理、习惯等方面存在的传统文化中某些消极因素所产生的负面影响。揭示此现象并探寻解决问题的对策,对多层次、多类型人才培养目标的实现无疑会大有裨益。
Differenl characteristis and objectives ofthe verticai and horizontal education should be considered in the cultivation of the talents, that is, to cultivate talents of different tvpes and Ievels, which is the demand of the devciopment of the higher education and the social economy. But The desired results haven't been achieved. An important reason is that the people's concept, psychology and customs that resulf from the negative factors in the traditional culture are ignored. Revealing the phenomenon and seeking the solution are no doubt very helpful to the cultivation of the talents of different Ievels and types.
