摘要
本文作者认为,在当今“内容为王”的时代,科学、有效地开发利用信息资源,建立媒体资产管理系统是抢占市场竞争制高点、开拓新的经济增长点的关键。但对于一些电视台,花费巨额投资建立媒体资产管理系统仅仅用于电视台内部的节目制作和共享是得不偿失的,因而作者提出了要以市场为导向,建立与传统广播电视互补,更具专业性、针对性的新型视频数据平台,媒体资产管理系统的开发应用应从播出做起的观点。
The author thinks that at the 'content is king' age scientifically and efficientlydeveloping and utilizing information resources and building MAMS are the crux ofracing to control a commanding point in the market compitition and cultivating neweconomic growth points. However, it loses more than it gains for some TV stationsto make a huge investment to build MAMS only for program production and sharinginside TV stations. Therefore, the author puts forward a new video data platform,which is market-oriented, more professional and purposeful and complements eachother with the traditional radio and TV. He also puts forward a viewpoint that thedevelopment and application of MAMS should start with the transmission.
