摘要
本文以本溪合金厂电解铜箔车间电流密度为控制对象,对系统中造成产品浪费的死区和齿隙两个非线性环节进行线性化处理,并采用自校正调节器控制,使系统的稳态误差缩小到1%左右,动态性能指标也满足一定要求。
In this paper, We take the electrolyte current density of Benxi Alloy Plant as a control object, by the linearization of deadband and gear clearance and the application of self-tuning regulator, the static error has been controled within 1%, and the dynamic requirement has also been met.
