摘要
唐钢一炼钢使用高温空气燃烧技术对钢包烘烤器进行蓄热式改造熏效果显著。通过工业性对比试验和数值分析熏对蓄热式钢包烘烤设备的应用效果进行了研究,研究结果及车间生产统计数据表明熏新烤包系统节能约40%熏蓄热式烤包装置加热速度快且均匀熏钢包温度可达1000℃以上熏钢包上下温差不大于30℃熏车间转炉和连铸生产条件大大改善。数值研究的结果与现场实验数据吻合较好熏是改善实际操作和指导热工设备设计的重要手段。
A new type of regenerative ladl e heating system based on the technology of high temperature air combustion(HTAC )has been used in No.1Steel-making Plant of TISCO.A remarkable effect has b een obtained.The application ef-fect of this new combustion technology is anal yzed numerically.And a series of comparison tests were taken into ac-count und er the production condition between conventional ladle heater and regenerative l adle heater in a160t ladle.Re-sults indicate that the energy saving effect of the new type ladle heater is about40%.The temperature of lining is higher and more even.The deviation of temperature between each position is less than 30℃.The results of simulation agree with that of on-site test well,which p rovide a kind of means for designing and operating the regenerative ladle baker .
