Research progress of the construction and development of military sanitoriums

目的从国内外疗养院的发展历程出发,探讨我国军队疗养院的特点、优势及目前存在的困难。方法本文回顾了国内外疗养院的发展史,明确我国疗养院目前的发展阶段,剖析了军队疗养院特点和职能,并对新时期军队疗养院建设发展模式与方向进行探讨。结果我国疗养院目前处于扩展功能时期,在思想观念、学科建设、人才建设、实践经验及特色发展等方面还存在不足,但是又具有有利的社会环境、理论研究成果、自然疗养因子等优势,在此基础上提出了我军疗养院的发展新模式。结论我军疗养院可以创新规模与内涵相统一,技术与学术相依托,优势与特色相支撑,质量与效益相促进的发展模式。

Objective By exploring the development process of nursing homes at home and abroad,the characteristics,advantages and current difficulties of military sanatoriums in China were discussed.Me thods This paper reviewed the development history of sanitariums at home and abroad,clarified the current development stage of sanitariums in China,analyzed the characteristics and functions of military sanitariums,and discussed the development mode and direction of military sanitarium construction in the new era.Re s ults Sanitariums in China are currently in a function-extending period,with shortcomings in ideological concepts,discipline construction,talent construction,practical experience and characteristic development.But they also had advantages such as favorable social environment,theoretical research results and natural recuperation factors.With these features in consideration,a new model for the development of military sanatoriums was put forward.Conclus ion Military sanatoriums can be integrated with the scale and connotation of innovation,relying on technology and academics,supporting the development of advantages and characteristics and promoting their quality and efficiency.
