国内医疗机构CSSD外来手术器械用后处理及说明书提供情况调查

Investigation on the current status of post-processing and IFU of loaner instruments in the domestic hospital CSSD

目的调查国内医疗机构消毒供应中心(CSSD)外来手术器械的处理现状及说明书(IFU)提供情况,为外来手术机械的规范管理提供参考。方法通过问卷和现状调查方法,对国内部分医疗机构的外来手术器械用后处理现状及说明书情况进行调查分析。结果近4年来,国内医疗机构外来器械在CSSD清洗消毒后取走的比例显著提高,清洗消毒落实专岗负责比例也显著提高。参与调查的医院中有46%的医院外来手术器械具有说明书,但仅有17%的说明书符合规范要求。结论国内医疗机构外来医疗器械商能提供处理说明书的比例偏低,其中部分说明书不规范,应加强外来手术器械管理。

Objective To Investigate the current status of post-processing and instruction for use(IFU)of loaner instruments in the central sterile and supply department(CSSD)of domestic medical institutions,and to provide reference for the standardized management of loaner instrument.Methods Questionnaire and status quo survey were used to investigate and analyze the current status of post-processing and IFU of loaner instruments in some domestic medical institutions.Results In the past four years,the proportion of loaner instruments taken away after CSSD cleaning and disinfection in domestic medical institutions has increased significantly,and the proportion of special post responsibe for cleaning and disinfection has also increased significantly.46%of the hospitals participating in the survey had IFU for loaner instruments,but only17%of the IFU were compliance with the relevant standards.Conclusion The proportion of loaner instrument suppliers in domestic medical institutions that can provide processing instructions is low,and some of the instructions are not standardized,so the management of loaner instruments should be strengthened.
