摘要
目的:调查分析卫生专业技术人员对晋升职称要求撰写论文的规定持有何种态度,为卫生职称改革中的论文要求提出参考建议。方法:通过分析北京市7所市属三级医院问卷调查的数据,探讨对职称论文要求的态度,并用卡方检验验证不同群体的认同程度是否存在显著性差异。结果:77.2%的被调查人员认同三级医院的职称论文要求有必要,71%的被调查人员认同不写论文的原因主要是没有时间,职称论文可用临床病例总结论文替代的认同率为67.6%,60%的被调查者认同基础研究论文不能用作评临床职称。结论:三级医院应要求晋升职称撰写论文,二级医院可降低或淡化晋升职称撰写论文要求,一级医院对职称论文不做硬性要求,晋升临床职称应以临床论文为主。可通过降低日常工作负荷、组织培训和讲座等措施,鼓励卫生专业技术人员进行科研与论文写作,促进个人成长和医学进步。
Objectives: To analyze the attitude of title bundled with paper in professional medical staffs and make suggestions for the reform of the health professional titles assessment. Methods: Data of attitude of title bundled with paper in professional medical staff s investigated in 7 tertiary hospitals in Beijing were analyzed. Chi-square test was used to test the difference among different groups. Results: 77.2% of the subjects agreed that paper requirement is necessary.71% of the subjects showed that they had no time to write paper.67.6% of the subjects agreed that summaries of clinical cases were also valid and 60% of the subjects agreed that basic research papers could not be used in clinical professional titles. Conclusions: Tertiary hospitals should have the thesis requirement. Secondary hospitals can lower the standard of the paper. Primary hospitals can skip this requirement. Paper for clinical professional titles should be closely related to clinical work. Ways like lightening the workload, organizing medical training can help medical staff writing paper and promoting career promotion.
