摘要 体脂率作为评价肥胖水平最直观的指标,在肥胖评价的各类指标中地位显著。近年随着时代和科技的进步,体脂率的应用也随之发生了改变,不再仅限于临床病人的身体成分测量,在研究中通常作为其他肥胖评价指标的参考标准,近年来随着人体成分分析仪的使用增多,体脂率越来越多的出现在大众视野中,在居民日常生活中也常常作为肥胖评价指标被广泛应用,可及性大幅度升高。同时,研究表明体脂率的分布在不同地区和种族间差别较大,WHO建议各个地区需根据本地区人群的身体状况制定相应的判定标准。当前体脂率的应用十分广泛,测量仪器遍布医院、体检机构、美容健身场所以及个人家庭,我国需顺应时代变化,分析体脂率的应用现状并适时提出适合本国居民的体脂率判定标准,发挥体脂率在评价肥胖水平中的最大效用。 Body fat percentage is the most intuitive indicator for evaluating obesity levels, and it has a prominent position in various indicators of obesity evaluation. In recent years, with the advancement of the times and science and technology, the application of body fat percentage has also changed. It is no longer limited to the measurement of body composition of clinical patients. It is often used as a reference standard for other obesity evaluation indicators in research. The use of component analyzers has increased, and the body fat percentage has appeared more and more in the public’s field of vision. It is also widely used as an indicator of obesity evaluation in daily life of residents, and the accessibility is greatly increased. At the same time, studies have shown that the distribution of body fat percentage varies greatly between regions and races. WHO recommends that each region should establish corresponding criteria based on the physical condition of the population in the region. The current body fat rate is widely used. The measuring instruments are distributed throughout hospitals, medical institutions, beauty and fitness facilities, and individual families. China needs to adapt to the changes of the times, analyze the application status of body fat percentage, and timely propose the body fat rate determination standards suitable for the residents. The greatest utility of body fat percentage in evaluating obesity levels.
