综合治疗AECOPD并呼吸衰竭的临床效果分析

目的综合治疗AECOPD并呼吸衰竭的临床效果分析。方法随机选120例AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者,分两组,对照组只接受无创呼吸机通气,实验组在此基础上联合药物治疗,将两组治疗效果等进行比较。结果实验组治疗效率明显高于对照组,且差异有意义。实验组住院天数也要明显短于对照组,差异有意义,但两组病死率跟再插管率差异无意义。结论对于AECOPD并呼吸衰竭患者来说,综合治疗效果确切,值得推荐。

Objective Clinical effect analysis of combined treatment of AECOPD and respiratory failure.Methods Randomly selected 120 patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure,divided into two groups,the control group only received non-invasive ventilator ventilation,the experimental group on this basis combined with drug treatment,the two groups of treatment results compared.Results The treatment efficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant.The length of hospital stay in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was significant,but there was no significant difference between the fatality rate and re-intubation rate between the two groups.Conclusion For AECOPD and respiratory failure patients,comprehensive treatment effect is accurate,it is recommended.
