椎间隙感染是脊柱各种有创操作后严重的并发症,其不仅延长了卧床时间、增加患者的痛苦,也增加了死亡率,产生严重后果。不同学者对椎间隙感染的病因学报道不同,且关于诊断依据与治疗方法尚未达成统一意见。本文就近年来国内外对有创操作后椎间隙感染的危险因素、临床诊断和治疗做一综述。

Intervertebral space infection is a serious complication after various invasive spine operations. It not only extends the bed time and increases the patient’s suffering, but also increases the mortality and leads serious consequences. The scholars have different opinions about the pathogenesis of this kind of infection, and no consensus reached on the basis for diagnosis and treatment. This article reviews the risk factors, clinical diagnosis and treatment of intervertebral space infection after invasive operation in recent years.
