摘要
针对龙门镗铣床上使用的一种全自动角度铣头,介绍了其传动、自动装卸、自动分度、自动换刀的设计结构和工作原理。通过试制使用,充分证明了该设计结构的合理性。
Aiming at the full- automatic angle head used on the gantry- type milling machine,the structure design and operating principle of the drive,automatic indexing andautomatic tool- exchange were introduced in this paper. The reasonableness of the structure design was proved by means of trial manufacturing and operating.
