光动力疗法是一种具有高度选择性或称靶向性的药械联用技术。其原理为外敷光敏药物5-氨基酮戊酸后,能够被病变组织选择性吸收,应用特定波长的光照射后发生氧化杀伤作用,使病变组织坏死脱落。目前,光动力疗法已经成为皮肤科的重要治疗手段并应用于多种皮肤病的治疗。

The mechanism of the treatment is that the photosensitizer 5-aminolevulinic acid accumulates in the target tissue and absorbs light of a certain wavelength, which directly leads to cell and tissue damage. Currently, photodynamic therapy has become an important treatment in the Department of Dermatology and applied to a variety of skin treatments.
