我国人口、经济与环境区域协调性的差异比较

The Comparison of Differences on Regional Coordination of China’s Population,Economic and Environmental

可持续发展战略现已成为世界各国的行动纲领。人类要想确保可持续发展的实现,需要实现人口、经济与环境之间的协调发展。文章立足于总结文献和结合实际的前提下所构建的人口、经济和环境发展评价指标的基础上,利用因子分析对我国31个地区的人口、经济与环境三个子系统计算出因子得分,运用协调度函数计算出各个地区的协调度,接着对我国31个地区的人口发展、经济发展与环境发展以及三者协调度的区域差异进行评价和比较。文章最后针对全国31个地区的区域协调性差异结果提出了相关建议。

Sustainable development has become a strategic program of action around the world. To ensure sustainable human development,it is necessary to ensure the coordinated development of population,economy and environment,to understand the mechanism of action among them and to establish a comprehensive and coordinated management mechanism and decision-making mechanism for sustainable development. This paper calculates the score of 31 provinces of three subsystems by the way of factor analysis,then calculates and classifies the coordination of the various regions by using the coordination function,evaluates and compares the differences on regional coordination of China’s population,economic and environment. Finally,the paper makes recommendations for the conclusion.
