摘要
首先对供应链的两种结构模型分别从可靠性的角度进行了分析,找出了可靠性得不到保证的原因,然后针对此种情况提出了解决办法———设置仓库,并分析与论证了仓库在提高系统可靠性方面的作用,同时对仓库在整个供应链中的位置进行了优化。优化结果显示:当上游供应链系统的可用度下降到0.40左右时设置仓库,系统可靠性的提高最为明显。
Through the analysis of two structural models of supply chain from the perspective of reliability, this paper found the causes why reliability cannot be guaranteed, and accordingly presented the resolution — warehouse-setup, then analyzed and demonstrated its role in promoting the reliability of the system, at the same time optimizing the position of the warehouse in the whole supply chain. The result is that the reliability of the system is improved greatly when warehouse is set up when the reliability of upper stream supply chain declines to 0.40.
