植物标本数字化技术及数字化标本在自然博物馆的应用

Digital Plant Specimen Technology and Its Application in Museums of Natural History

植物标本数字化技术经过数十年的发展,已经相对成熟。标本数字化流程主要有完善采集信息、分类鉴定、粘贴条形码、图像获取及处理、录入信息等环节。目前国内大型自然博物馆的标本数字化工作还未普及。数字化工作的开展,目的在于保护馆藏植物标本,促进其合理管理、科学研究和持续利用。随着互联网时代的到来,数字化标本将会在自然博物馆的传统功能领域,如藏品管理、科学研究、展览展示等方面带来新的变革。

Digital plant specimen technology is relatively mature after several decades of development.The working process includes perfecting information of specimen collection,specimen identification,pasting barcode,taking and processing pictures,and information entry.At present,plant specimen digitization has not been widespread in Chinese museums of natural history.This work is aimed to protect plant specimens and promote their rational management,scientific research and continuous use.With approaching internet era,digital specimens would bring some new changes to the museums of natural history in traditional domains,e.g.collection management,scientific research and exhibition.
