摘要
提出一种基于基因算法的切削参数优化方法———变搜索域遗传算法。与通常的优化算法相比 ,该方法计算量小 ,计算速度快 ,能适应自动化制造系统对优化切削数据快速响应的要求。在切削参数优化研究的基础上 ,针对成都飞机制造公司数控加工中心的实际情况 ,开发了数控加工切削参数管理和优化系统。该系统的完成和使用把工艺人员从大量的手工重复劳动中解放出来 ,并实现切削参数选取的科学化、合理化、规范化 。
A general method of optimization based on GA (Genetic Algorithm) was proposed and researched. The speed of calculation was so fast that it was suitable for the optimization of cutting parameters in automated manufacturing system. Based on the existing metal cutting data base system, related technologies and the requirements of machining center for cutting data, a general NC cutting database system was built. Based on the theoretical research, a package of software of management and optimization of cutting parameters was implemented.Using the system a great deal of technologists are released from the repeated handwork, and rationalization and standardization of cutting parameters are realized,productivity of the machining center is improved and well economy benefits are obtained.
