膀胱术后梭形细胞结节1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 膀胱术后梭形细胞结节(PSCN)是膀胱壁损伤数周或数月后出现的良性反应性或修复性增生病变。其形态上常表现为出血,浸润等恶性肿瘤表现,病理组织学上类似肉瘤,易误诊为恶性肿瘤。本文报道膀胱恶性肿瘤电切术后梭形细胞结节1例,旨在提高对该病的认识水平。1临床资料患者男性,48岁,既往因间歇性无痛肉眼血尿2月余入院,行膀胱镜检查发现膀胱右侧壁单发乳头状肿物,遂行经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术.
