摘要
目的 :观察藏药合剂对大鼠海马脑片缺血性损伤的保护作用。方法 :通过电刺激离体海马脑片 CA3区的 Schaffer侧支 ,记录 CA1区锥体细胞层的顺向群峰电位 (orthodromic population spikes,OPS) ,观察藏药合剂对缺血状态下 OPS的影响。结果 :藏药合剂组用药后 OPS恢复程度为 (6 4 .0± 19.5 ) % ,明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :在离体海马脑片模拟缺血损伤的研究中 ,藏药合剂对缺氧缺血性脑损伤有保护作用 ,而且效果较好。
Objective:To observe the protective effects of tibetan drugs mixture on the ischemic damage in rat's hippocampal slices.Methods:Orthodromic population spike(OPS) of pyramidal cells in the CA1 region was recorded while stimulating the schaeffer collateral commissural fibers in the CA3 region of the hippocampus of brain slices.During ischemia and after reoxygenation,we observed the effects of tibetan drugs mixture on OPS.Results:In the slices exposed to tibetan drugs mixture(0.2g/ml,1∶1000),the recovery amplitude of OPS were(64.0±19.5)%,significantly higher than those of untreated slices(P<0.01).conclusion:Tibetan drugs mixture can significantly protect the hippocampal slices from the ischemic damage.
