用法治思维解决社会事务中存在的矛盾和问题,是法治国家建设的必然要求。社会治理法治化,是对国家治理体系和治理能力现代化发展目标的战略回应。法治治理有助于在多元的治理主体之间建立稳定的信任机制,培养民众对法律的信仰,实现社会治理善治的目标。实施社会治理法治化不能操之过急,要正确协调好法治治理与其他治理方式的关系,科学立法、全民守法,有序推进社会治理能力的现代化。

Using legal thinking to solve the conflicts and problems of social affairs is the inevitable requirement for the construction of a country ruled by law. Social governance legalization is the strategic response to the modernization development goals of national governance systems and governance ability. Legal governance helps establish a stable trust mechanism among the governance body which is diverse,cultivate people's legal belief,and realize the goals of good social governance. That the implementation of social governance legalization cannot be in a hurry. The relationship should be properly coordinated between legal governance and other methods of governance,to accomplish scientific legislation,and law- abiding nation,and orderly to promote the modernization of social governance ability.
