摘要
高职教育的核心竞争力在于教育质量,而教育质量主要生成于课堂。当前高职教育存在课堂教学边缘化、课堂学习氛围不浓、课堂教学效率不高等问题。推进高职课堂革命可分三步实施:在认识上,要根据当前高职学生来源多元与求学诉求多样的实际,确立尊重差异、'扬长'、学生中心的教学理念;在行动上,要构建行动导向教学体系,着力打造有用、有景、有趣、有效的'四有'课堂;在政策制度上,教学管理的张力、教师的动力、学生的压力、教育主管部门的拉力是确保课堂革命取得成功的重要保障。
The core competitiveness of higher vocational education lies in the quality of education,which is mainly generated in classroom.At present,some problems still exist in the classroom teaching,such as the tendency of marginalization,the weak classroom learning atmosphere,the inefficiency of classroom teaching and so on.The classroom revolution in higher vocational education can be promoted in the following three aspects:Firstly,in terms of cognition,we should establish the teaching concept of respecting differences,'carrying forwards trengths'and insisting on student-centered according to the reality of diversified sources and learning pursuits of higher vocational students;secondly,in terms of action,we should build an action-oriented teaching system and strive to create a useful,promising,interesting and effective classroom;thirdly,in terms of policy and system,the tension of teaching management,the motivation of teachers,the pressure of students,and the drawing force of educational authorities are the important guarantee to ensure the success of classroom revolution.
