品质管理圈在提高肝脏MR检查质量的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle for Improving the Quality of Hepatic MR Examination

目的比较品质管理圈(品管圈)活动前后的肝脏MRI图像质量,探讨品管圈活动在肝脏MR检查中的作用。资料与方法成立品管圈,选定活动主题,拟定活动计划,分析肝脏MR检查的现状及影响因素,圈成员共同拟定对策并按计划实施,比较活动前后肝脏MR检查质量的改善情况,评价品质管圈的活动效果。结果实施品管圈活动后,肝脏MR检查的优质率由改善前的62.40%提高至改善后的92.52%。结论品管圈活动不但可以明显提高肝脏MR检查的优质率,还可以提高组员发现问题、解决问题的能力,加强团队合作精神,值得进一步推广。

Purpose To compare the image quality of hepatic MRI before and after applying quality control circle, and to explore the effect of quality control circle in hepatic MR examination. Materials and Methods QCC was founded, activity themes were selected, activity schedule was planned, current status and influence factors wereanalyzed, countermeasures were planned and implemented jointly by circle members, and then quality of hepatic MR before and after activities was compared to confirm the effect of QCC activities. Results After the implementation of QCC, premium rate of hepatic MR examination was improved significantly from 62.40% to 92.52%. Conclusion QCC is a very meaningful event which is able to improve the premium rate of hepatic MR examination significantly. Not only the ability to discover and solve problems of the crew can be improved, but also the teamwork spirit can be strengthened, thus is worth of further promotion.
