摘要
对轮对组装机的基本工作原理与液压系统内泄漏故障进行分析,利用AMESim仿真软件建立其液压系统的HCD(hydraulic component design)仿真模型,并验证该模型的正确性。通过分析液压系统产生内泄漏故障的具体因素,并在仿真模型中模拟故障,仿真得出液压系统反压过程中的故障曲线。进一步地分析表明液压缸泄漏间隙和液控单向阀泄漏间隙对液压回路内泄漏影响较明显,而液压油动力粘度对其内泄漏影响相对较小。通过仿真研究为轮对组装机液压系统故障诊断、后期维护与优化设计提供理论指导。
This paper analyzes the basic working principle of the wheel-set assembly machine and the internal leakage fault of its hydraulic system. We established the HCD simulation model of hydraulic system by using the software of AMESim and verified the correctness of the model. By analyzing the specific factors that cause the leakage fault in hydraulic system and inserting those factors in the simulation model,we got the fault curve in the reversal process. A further analysis shows that the leakage clearance of the hydraulic cylinder and the pilot-controlled check valve significantly influences the internal leakage in hydraulic circuit. Whereas,it was slightly impacted by the dynamic viscosity of hydraulic oil. This research provides a theoretical basis for fault diagnosis,maintenance and optimum design of the hydraulic system for the wheel-set assembly machine.
