从《神农本草经》论《伤寒论》组方中散结药的运用

Discussion on the Application of Herbs for Dissipating Stagnation in Prescriptions of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases(《伤寒论》) from Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica(《神农本草经》)

《伤寒论》的组方用药深受《神农本草经》的影响,其不仅是对《神农本草经》的继承,更是发展和扩充。散结药是临床常用的中药药物类别,张仲景在《黄帝内经》'结者散之'治则基础上,根据邪结在气分、血分及其对人体气、水、血的不同影响,运用《神农本草经》中主治'结'相关病症的药物进行治疗。互参《神农本草经》与《伤寒论》经文,对散结药的运用进行总结,以期对散结药的理解和临床应用有所裨益。

The prescriptions of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases(《伤寒论》)are deeply influenced by Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica(《神农本草经》),which is not only the inheritance of Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica,but also its development and expansion.Herbs for dissipating stagnation are a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine drug category.Based on the treatment rule of'stagnation needs dissipation'in Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor(《黄帝内经》),ZHANG Zhongjing used drugs mainly for the treatment of'stagnation'in Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica according to the pathogens stagnated in the qi level and blood level,and their influence on qi,water and blood.Mutual reference to the text in Shennong’s Classic of Materia Medica and Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,the application of herbs for dissipating stagnation was summed up,hoping to benefit the understanding and clinical application of herbs for dissipating stagnation.
