摘要
本文仅对清洗工艺的选择内容、清洗工艺的选定原则、清洗工艺试验和清洗质量评价,以及对清洗设备的要求和清洗设备的导入验收,从用户角度提出一些认识和看法。
This paper has introduced the selection of cleaning process contents, principles of cleaning technology, test and assessment of cleaning quality as well as the requirements, introduction and acceptance for the cleaning equipment and put forward some views from the end-users idea.
