摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂对纳米TiO2 进行表面处理 ,使其亲水性表面改为亲油性 ,并在其表面接枝上可反应的有机官能团 ,然后通过原位聚合法与有机硅改性丙烯酸聚合物复合 ,制得性能稳定的纳米TiO2 /硅丙复合乳液。
The nano TiO 2 is surface treated with silane coupling agent to form a hydrophobic surface, on which grafted with a reactive organic group. Then it is compounded, through in-situ polymerization, with silicone modified acrylic polymer to prepare a stable nano TiO 2/silicone acrylic emulsion. The structure and morphology of the emulsion is characterized by use of TEM.
