Rotary Flow Desiccators

介绍一种采用针轮转子、分级器和空气动力分离器的旋流干燥器。该干燥器通过低速针轮转子分散物料 ,又在分级器和空气动力分离器的辅助下通过高速针轮转子分离收集产品 ,使得干燥和产品充分收集能在同一干燥器的腔体内完成 ,显著简化了干燥系统 。

The rotary flow desiccators composed of bristle assembly rotors,classifier,and aerodynamic separators was presented.Materials were scattered by the low-speed bristle assembly rotors in the rotary flow desiccators,and with the aids of classifiers and aerodynamic,materials were separated and collected by the high-speed bristle assembly rotors,materials could be dried and fully collected in the canister of one rotary flow desiccator.The drying system was significantly simplified and the resistance of the drying system was decreased.
