A comparison study of the cultivation pattern between higher vocational and undergraduate education

社会发展的多样化决定了人才的多样化,也决定了人才培养目标和人才培养模式的多样化。本文从高等职业技术教育与本科教育在培养目标、知识体系、教学内容、教学方法等涉及人才培养模式的几个方面作了比较研究,以发现一些人才培养方面的规律性东西。

The diversified development of society results in the diversification of talents,as well as the diversfication of training goals and cultivation pattern. Compares the training goals,course systen, teaching content and teaching methods of higher vocational education with that of undergraduate education, which is related to the cultivation pattern,in order to find out guidelines for training students.
