摘要
目的 :研究吡格列酮对动物血糖和血脂的作用。方法 :用正常SD大鼠观察吡格列酮对血糖和血脂的作用 ;用特制的饲料培养高血脂大鼠模型 ,来观察吡格列酮对血糖和血脂的影响 ;采用新生Wist ar大鼠注射谷氨酸钠的方法 ,用特制的饲料培育成肥鼠 ,观察吡格列酮对血糖和血脂代谢的影响。结果 :正常SD大鼠口服吡格列酮 6,1 2和 2 4mg·kg- 1,能显著地降低血甘油三酯 ,对血糖没有明显的影响 ;给高血脂大鼠模型口服吡格列酮 ,能显著降低血甘油三酯和游离脂肪酸 ,对血糖作用不明显 ;给肥鼠模型口服吡格列酮能显著改善血脂和血糖。结论 :吡格列酮降血糖、降血脂作用在正常大鼠、高血脂大鼠和肥鼠 。
AIM:T study the effects of pioglitazone on the metabolism of g lucose and lipid in animals. METHODS: The antidiabetic effects o f pioglitazone were examined in normal SD rats, hyperlipidemia Wistar rats induc ed by specific forage breeding and fatty model rats induced by subcutaneous inje ctions of monosodium glutamate in newborn rats. RESULTS: When pi glitazone (6, 12, and 24 mg·kg -1 ) orally given to normal SD rats, serum t rigliceride decreased significantly, however, serum glucose did not change. Seru m trigliceride and serum non-esterified fatty acid also decreased strikingly by pioglitazone in hyperlipidemia rats, and serum glucose did not alter, either. I n fatty model rats, serum glucose, trigliceride and non-esterified fatty acid w ere improved by pioglitatazone. CONCLUSION: pioglitazone shows d ifferent effects on lipid and glucose metabolism in normal, hyperlipidemia and f atty model rats.
