摘要
本文为2001年度国家自然科学基金资助项目《西藏上市公司人力资源管理研究》阶段性成果。课题通过对西藏区域内六家上市公司以剖析单个企业为基础,提出西藏上市公司人力资源管理问题研究关键所在,每个企业获得104码的信息,并对六个上市公司进行微观比较。就西藏上市公司人力资源现状评和人事诊断分析两方面进行了问题研究,得出某些结论。
This paper is a partial output of Research on Human Resource Management in Tibetan Listed Companies, a National Nature && Science Fund program in 2001. The program, based upon the individual analysis toward the six listed companies in Tibet, proposes the core of the research on human resource management in Tibetan listed companies and undertakes micro-comparison among the six listed companies with each company achieving the information of 104 codes. It also leads to some conclusions toward the research of status quo assessment for human resource and human resource diagnoses and analyses for these companies.
