摘要
首先对高校管理干部的考核作以经济博弈论上的审查,然后从高校管理干部的考核原则入手,着力分析了高校管理干部考核的指标体系;并用系统论的思维方法和模糊综合评价等科学方法在体系的设计和评价方法上做了探索和尝试。
First of all, according to game theory, in order to get the significant of performance appraisal of high school managers rationally. After that, we analyze the index system of the performance appraisal of high school managers, though the performance appraisal principle of high school managers. We try to research the design of system and performance appraisal method by the way of System Theory and Fuzzy Synthesize Appraisal, for the results of performance appraisal to be more scientific and objective.
