β-环糊精包合穿心莲内酯方法比较

Comparative study of Andrographolide inclusion with β-cyclodextrin for cover bitterness

目的制备穿心莲内酯β-环糊精包合物,降低药物苦味。方法用pH值调节法、水包合法、手工研磨法制备穿心莲内酯包合物,通过紫外分光光度法测定其包合率,选出最佳包合方法。结果以pH值调节法制备的包合物包合率最高,苦味被掩盖最好。结论穿心莲内酯β-环糊精包合物能有效掩盖药物的苦味。

Objective To prepare Andrographolide withβ-cyclodextrin as cover for decreasing its bitterness.Method The pH adjustvie method,encrust with water and rubbing with handwork were used to prepare Andrographolide withβ-cyclodextrin.The inclusive rate was determined by UV-spectrophotometry so that chosing the best method.Result The inclusive rate of inclusion compound prepared by using pH adjustvie method was the highest,and its bitter taste was covered in the best effect.Conclusion Andrographolide included withβ-cyclodextrin is able to efficacious covering up drug bitterness.
