摘要
应用性嫁接技术的发展依赖于嫁接理论的不断深入和完善,系统地论述了目前有关植物嫁接机理方面的研究概况,主要涉及植物嫁接的解剖结构、维管束桥形成前砧穗的养分供应、激素等物质对嫁接成活的作用、嫁接的亲和力、嫁接成活后砧穗间的相互影响及嫁接杂种等内容。
Development of applicable graft techniques relies on the deepening and perfecting of graft theory. In this paper, the research status about the mechanism of plant graft is systematically summarized. The contents include graft anatomical structure, nutrient supply of stock and scion before vascular bridge formation, effect of growth regulators and other substances, affinity in graft, mutual actions between stock and scion after graft and grafting hybrid.
