摘要
职业教育作为一种概念应有自己的本质属性,即完成个体的初始职业化.初始职业化是个体通过一系列的教育和岗位实践,把已获得的知识和技能内化为能基本胜任职业岗位工作的职业能力,并在职业生涯环境中正确进行职业社会角色定位与扮演的过程.
The essential property of vocational education is to accomplish the primary vocationization of individual.The primary vocationization is a process in which the individual turn already acquiring knowledge and skill into the vocational ability of competent to vocational post and have a rational position and action of social vocational role through a series of education and post practice.
