摘要
基于TGS813半导体气敏元件的特性分析,提出了一种简单的解决非线性的方法,并对其在-10~-40℃时的敏感性能进行实验研究,以适应行业对气体探测器温度环境工作的要求.实验结果显示:在被测甲烷气体浓度小于60%LEL(爆炸下限)时,数显误差不大于±4%,且在- 40℃时仍然有较好的敏感性,拓展了其在低温情况下的应用.
Based on the characteristic analysis of TGS813 inflammable gas sensor, a simple method to solve the problem of nonlinearity is given. To be able to work in the required working environment, the sensitivity at 10 to 40℃ was investigated. The experimental results show that the numeral error is less than ±4% when methane concentration is less than 60% (low explosion limit). The sensitivity is good enough even at 40℃.
