摘要
对几种甲烷蒸汽补碳转化制甲醇合成气的催化剂,即Z-2、Z-3和CNYQ催化剂,采用L16(45)正交实验,考察了温度、空速、CO2与烃碳比、H2O与烃碳比等4个因素对其活性的影响,并对各催化剂的抗析炭能力及强度等进行了对比,评选出了在实验条件下的最优催化剂。
Three types of catalysts for methanol syngas by methane reforming with steam and CO_2,Z-2,Z-3 and CNYQ,were compared. Four factors,temperature,space velocity of CH_4,CO_2/ΣC,H_2O/ΣC,were investigated by L_(16)(4~5) orthogonal table.The results showed that Z-2 catalyst was the best one which had high activity,great intensity,resistance to carbon deposit,resistance to poisoning,low H_2O/ΣC ratio,and was suitable for synthesizing methanol to meet the actual needs of industry.
