益心胶囊的薄层鉴别

The TLC identification of Yixing Capsules

目的:研究中药制剂益心胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用 TLC 对人参、当归、五味子、石菖薄等成分进行色谱鉴别。结果:鉴别方法专属性强。结论:TLC 法可有效地控制益心胶囊的质量。

Objective:To study the quality standard of Yixing Capsules.Method.Thin layer chromatography was used for simultaneously identification Radix ginseng,Radix angelicae sinen- sis,Fructus schisandrae chinensis ,Rhizoma acori tatarinowii.Results:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.Conclusion:The TLC identification was capable to effectively control the quality of Yixing Capsules.
