摘要
膜技术在电泳涂装工艺中的应用,几乎包括了所有各种形式的膜,如:微孔膜、纳滤膜、超滤膜、反渗透膜、离子交换膜等。介绍了这几种常用膜的材质和结构性能,亦介绍比较了各种膜组件的结构、性能以及它们在电泳涂装工艺中不同的应用,如超滤膜组在涂装前脱脂去油中的应用,反渗透膜组和超滤膜组在电泳后冲洗回收中的应用,阳极膜组在维持电泳槽液平衡中的应用等。
The application of membrane technology in ED coating process includes many different types of membranes such as microfiltration,ultrafiltration,reverse osmosis and ion exchange membranes. This article introduces and discusses the material,structure and function for many commercial membranes and membrane elements. The application of membranes technologies in ED coating process primarily include the degrease by UF in the pretreatment process;recycle of pure water by UF and RO for washing the coated objects and recovery of the ED paint;the use of Ion Exchange Membranes for maintaining composition balance of fluid in ED tank.
