摘要
随着饭店业市场竞争的加剧,发挥员工积极性,提高经济效益是在竞争中取胜的重要条件之一。激励机制则是实现这一目标的主要管理手段。本文试从饭店员工需要激励这一论点出发,阐述了激励的不同方法以及如何在饭店管理中运用激励机制。
With the competition in the hotel industry becoming more intense,how to give free rein to staff's enthusiasm and raise the profit is one of the important conditions in the competition.The encouraging mechanism is the main management method to achieve this aim.This paper expounds different ways of encouragement and how to use the encouragement in the hotel management from the viewpoint that hotel staff need the encouragement.
