摘要 目的 探讨三维超声对胎儿面部畸形的诊断价值。方法 利用Voluson 73 0 pro三维超声成像系统对 163例孕2 2~ 40周的胎儿面部结构进行三维超声成像。结果  163例中发现唇裂 (含腭裂 ) 6例 ,眼间距增宽 1例 (唐氏面容 ) ,独眼 1例 ,面部复合畸形 1例 ,均经引产后证实。结论 三维超声能直观显示胎儿的面部结构 ,是诊断胎儿面部畸形的首选方法。 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of diagnosing fetal face malformation by three-dimensional ultrasonography.Methods One hundred and sixty-three fetal faces at gestational age of 22-40 weeks were examined by voluson 730 pro 3D ultrasound.Results There were 6 cases with cleft lip (cleft pala line),1 case with ocular hypertelorism (Down's face),1 case with only one eye,and 1 case with complex face malformations identified. All results of ultrasonography were confirmed by induced labor.Conclusion 3D ultrasonography can show the structures of the fetal face directly and clearly so it is considered as the first choice for detecting malformations of the fetal face.
