摘要
在电力市场中,现货电价是反映电能资源短期紧缺程度或供需平衡的重要指标,针对现货成交电价的饱和现象,该文提出了一种短期可变成本与短期机会成本相结合的节点边际成本模型和电力资源紧缺的量化指标,并以此对高峰电价的饱和以及低谷电价的饱和现象分别进行了解释。同时对于饱和电价造成的影响,该文给出了某些对策。
Spot price plays an important role in reflecting the balance of electric power resource to a great extent. In some electric power market, the spot bidding prices usually exceed their upper limits and lead to the saturation phenomenon. In view this situation, this paper presents a node marginal cost model to analysis the peak load saturation and valley load saturation, also in this model, the power resource shortage coefficient is used to index the degree of the opportunity cost. In addition, some suggestions are submitted in preventing the harmfulness of the saturated price.
