本文讨论了在低温（１０～２４ｋ），低压（１０－４～１０－６Ｐａ）条件下，低温吸附剂的吸附－扩 散模型，给出了该实验的实验装置，并对充Ｈ２、充Ｈｅ和充空气的不同条件下，Ｈ２、Ｈｅ 的热脱附谱进行了研究．

In the paper, we discuss the adsorption-diffusion models of cryo-adsorbent at low temperature (10-24k) and pressure (10-4~10-6Pa). Introduce the experiment plant and heat desorption of H2 and He under the different conditions fillling H2. He or Air.
