企业价值链是企业在创造价值的过程中形成的一个完整的链状网络结构。我国润滑油企业的价值链有其独特的内容,应依据其基本竞争战略,通过重整自身的价值链,尤其是密切关注其价值活动的联结点、共享和联系等方面,来寻求其竞争优势的来源和培育其核心竞争力。
The corporation value chain is a complete chain network structure that is formed during the process of its creating value activities.The value chain in domestic lubricant enterprises has its distinctive contents.It is discussed that how to seek the sources of competitive superiority and establish the core competence through integrating the corporation value chain in domestic lubricant enterprises, especially through paying high attention to the respects of junction, sharing and connection in the value activities, based their basic competitive strategy.
