摘要
目前企业在进行人才招聘面试时存在许多失误。文章探讨了面试主考官易于陷入的误区,设计了规避误区的操作程序,分析了设计和提问的技巧。
At present,there exist many mistakes in the enterprises'interviewing of wanting talents.This article explores the misunderstandings which interviewing officers are apt to be involved in,designs the operating procedure to avoid the misunderstandings,and analyzes the skills of designing and raising questions.
