摘要
针对当前高校科技发展状况,分析了中国加入WTO后对高校科技发展带来的影响,提出了新形势下高校科技发展应积极实施产学研战略、知识产权战略、人才战略等建议。
Based on the analysis of the present situation of R&D in university,this paper discusses the influence of participating WTO on R&D of university.It also suggests some countermeasures,such as pushing out the strategy of human resources,intelligent property right and strengthening the cooperation among industry,university and scientific institute s etc.
