解决中日间领土问题应以史为鉴

History as Basis for Resolving Territorial Disputes Between China and Japan

钓鱼岛及附属岛屿的归属问题是历史遗留在中国和日本之间的领土问题。因此 ,只有以史为鉴 ,根据历史事实才能解决这个问题。中国明清时期的一系列历史资料 ,以及现存的朝鲜和日本的历史资料都证实了钓鱼岛、黄尾屿及赤尾屿至少自 16世纪初起就是中国的属地。

Between China and Japan,there has existed a territorial dispute left over from history over the ownership of the Diaoyu Island and its affiliated islands. The problem can only be resolved with due respect for historical facts. Historical documents from the Chinese Ming and Qing Dynasties,and the existent historical documents of Korea and Japan all indicate that at least from the beginning of the 16th century the Diaoyu Island and its affiliated islands have been Chinese territory.
