摘要
目的 :探讨感染致新生鼠肺损伤以至于肺出血的发病机理。方法 :用 LPS腹腔注射法制备新生和成年大鼠肺损伤模型 ,观察肺组织病理改变特点 ,并用 Western- blotting检测肺组织 Col ,LN的表达变化。结果 :病理改变证实了 LPS可导致新生大鼠发生肺出血 ,L PS作用后 ,Col 和 LN的表达减少 ,于 8h差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :LPS可导致新生大鼠发生肺出血 ,Col 和 LN表达的减少可能是导致新生大鼠发生肺出血的原因之一。
Objective:To investigate the pathophysiology of acute lung injury in newborn rats caused by lipopolysaccharide. Methods:The changes of lung pathology in newborn rats were observed after LPS was injected intraperitoneally. The changes of collagen Ⅳ(ColⅣ) and lamina(LN) expression were detected by Western blotting. Results:Pulmonary hemorrhage was seen in newborn rats caused by LPS. The expression of ColⅣand LN were decreased. Conclusion:Pulmonary hemorrhage happened in newborn rats after LPS was injected, which was caused by the decreased expression of ColⅣand LN.
